Quorum Law is happy to have again assisted Van Moer Logistics with the capital increase by Jo Van Moer, Anne Verstraeten and Ackermans & Van Haaren, further strengthening Van Moer’s growth strategy. Furthermore, Quorum Law also assisted with the transfer by Jo Van Moer and Anne Verstraeten and Van Wellen Group of an equity stake in Blue Real Estate BV to Ackermans & Van Haaren, strengthening Blue Real Estate BV with a new powerful partner.
