Senior Associate
Joke joined Quorum in 2025. Her focus is primarily on M&A and private equity transactions, as well as on corporate law advisory matters.
Prior to joining Quorum, Joke was active as a lawyer with focus on corporate & commercial law and afterwards as a legal consultant at the largest independent accounting & consulting firm in Belgium.
Joke obtained her Masters degree in Law from the University of Ghent (2012), and subsequently obtained an Advanced Masters degree in Notarial Law (Ghent – 2013), an Advanced Masters degree in Corporate Law (KU Leuven – 2018) and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance (EHSAL – 2024).
