Duval Union has acquired a participation in the Antwerp-based companies Media-Architect and Event Market, both active in the digital marketing and event sector. In this transaction, Quorum Law successfully advised the shareholders of Media-Architect and Event Market on the sale of a partial stake in both companies.
This acquisition, along with the ongoing collaboration with Duval Union, will drive and accelerate the ambitious future plans of Media-Architect and Event Market.
