Quorum Law is happy to have assisted Jodima and its shareholders with the acquisition of the Kemetyl Group.
With this acquisition the new Kemetyl Group confirms its position as the largest supplier of functional fluids for the automotive industry in Europe with own production sites from North to South Europe in Jordbro (Sweden), Soest (the Netherlands), Kampenhout (Belgium) and Vilobí del Penedès (Spain).
