Quorum Law has assisted Forstrom with the incorporation of Forino Climbing Partners and the acquisition of Rhino Boulder Gym and Bleau, two climbing gyms located in Ghent.
With the establishment of Forino Climbing Partners, the founders aim to invest in climbing facilities and to contribute to the continued growth of the climbing sport in Belgium. We wish them every success with this exciting new venture.
