Quorum Law has assisted Bank Van Breda in the context of its recent partnership with Dewaele Vastgoeddiensten in providing strategic advice on real estate and the sale of patrimonial companies as well as the structuring of their joint venture ‘Partalis’.
With the launch of Partalis, Bank Van Breda will combine its fiscal-financial expertise and existing general independent real estate advisory services with Dewaele’s broad expertise in investment property advisory services. In doing so, both parties seek to respond to the growing demand for high-quality and independent real estate advice among entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals. By combining their expertise and networks, both parties aim to become the leading player in the niche market of patrimonial companies.
