Quorum Law assisted WeBarge, a subsidiary of Van Moer Logistics and Manuport Logistics (MPL) Logistics, with the acquisition of 100 % of the shares in PortConnect.
Through the partnership with PortConnect, who provides daily estuary shipping service between Belgian and Dutch coastal ports and the Belgian hinterland, WeBarge strengthens its cargo reliability while driving efficiency and sustainability in transport.
