Quorum Law acted as transaction counsel in the merger of the two communication agencies, The Fat Lady and MediaMixer, resulting in the incorporation of North by Northwest.
Pursuant to this transaction, North by Northwest becomes the largest content group in Belgium with clear ambitions to expand further across the Benelux and France. We wish the parties and North by Northwest every success in pursuing these ambitions.
