Quorum Law has assisted the investment company Standard Investment in the context of their recent acquisition of the optician shop Mr. Boo, with establishments in Aartselaar and Brasschaat, and the structuring of their new participation platform ‘Oculus’.
With the addition of Mr. Boo to their portfolio, Standard Investment has taken the first steps in the development of the new premium opticians’ platform, which is aimed at strengthening cooperation between Belgian opticians and for which strong growth ambitions are set.
