Quorum Law has provided assistance to the shareholders of A&M, a specialized telecom service provider with advanced expertise in B2B-telecommunications, with the recent sale of A&M to AXI Group.
With the integration of A&M into AXI Group, both parties can combine their expertise in order to provide high-quality telecommunication solutions.
