Quorum assisted in the acquisition of Galaxy Studios in Mol

Pleased to have acted as corporate legal advisor to a group of local investors in the acquisition of Galaxy Studios in Mol, following its bankruptcy in 2023.

Together with my colleague Cédric Vaes at Quorum Law, we advised on the corporate structuring of the transaction and supported the investor group throughout the acquisition process.

Excited to see Wim Buyens take on the role of CEO as the studio enters a new chapter.

This was a particularly interesting deal involving a unique asset in the Belgian audiovisual landscape. We’re glad to have been able to contribute our legal expertise to help shape a sustainable future for the studio. 🚀
