Quorum trad op als juridisch adviseur van Healant BV bij haar kapitaalverhoging. De transactie ging gepaard met een ingrijpende vennootschapsrechtelijke reorganisatie: de oprichting van een stichting, de invoering van een ESOP-plan, de uitgifte van anti-verwaterings- en vrijwaringswarrants, de omzetting van de bestaande aandelen in nieuwe aandelenklassen en de uitgifte van 2.266 preferente aandelen met onder meer een 1x non-participating liquidatiepreferentie en een broad-based weighted average anti-verwateringsbescherming.
