Quorum assisted Unifiedpost Group with the acquisitions of Sisitema Efactura and Digithera

Unifiedpost Group is a Belgian public fintech company providing a secure, cloud-based platform which allows automated business functions. Through the acquisitions of Sisitema Efactura and Digithera, Unifiedpost Group expands its customer base in Spain and Italy and enables cross- and upselling opportunities. The Spanish company Sistema Efactura offers a full digital invoicing ecosystem for businesses and public administrations to lower costs, increase efficiency and security with seamless access to payments and financing. The Italian company Digithera provides an electronic invoicing platform to businesses that aim to fulfil their Italian (electronic) invoicing obligations. These acquisitions allow Unifiedpost Group to enter the Spanish and Italian market and to gain access to an additional 85k SME’s.
