Quorum advises shareholders of iGuana NV and iGuana B.V. in sale to Youston NV

iGuana is a company that developed its own Document Management Software and coupled it with services to digitise large archives. It also builds advanced book scanners under the Qidenus brand. Headquartered in Zaventem, the company has offices in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Prague and Vienna and works for major hospital groups, libraries, museums and both public and private companies.
