Junior associate

Lauranne joined Quorum in September 2020. She has a focus on M&A and private equity transactions as well as corporate advisory questions. Lauranne obtained her Master of Law degree at the Catholic University of Leuven in 2019 after which she obtained an Advanced Master’s degree in Corporate Law from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2020. Lauranne has been a member of the Antwerp Bar since 2020.
