Quorum Law has assisted the shareholders of Wieni in the context of the recent 100% sale of Wieni to and their future partnership with Craftzing, an Antwerp based IT consultancy group specialized in business transformations. Wieni is a digital product studio offering services in the field of digital strategy, UX Design and cloud- & software architecture, with notable clients in the media, telecom and healthcare sector.
